Set fire to the house and become a murderer

Because Mr. Wei was ridiculed by his classmates 20 years ago, on December 26, he set fire to four residences in Taichung and Changhua and burned down the houses, vehicles and people. The Taichung District Prosecutors Office charged Mr. Wei with murder.
