Party A asserted that he and Party B were married on XX (year/month/day) and had two children, both of whom are now adults.
Party B engaged in an extramarital affair and frequently assaulted Party A. In XX (year), the parties agreed to divorce and signed a divorce agreement, but the registration was never completed. On XX (year/month/day), Party B left for China, never returned, and was subsequently removed from the household registry by the authorities.
